EDWARD F. CLEARY, CPA
Ed started with Byxbee Company in 1977 after graduating from the University of Connecticut and has been a principal since 1986. Ed's clients include closely held businesses of all sizes, not-for-profit organizations and individuals. Ed attends to both accounting and tax issues for all of his clients and frequently works with owners of new businesses to add growth and value. He has assisted several clients in selling their family owned businesses to publicly traded companies. Ed serves as a board member of two youth serving agencies; Youth Continuum, Inc. (Past President) and LEAP (Treasurer).
